New year, New journal

One of the gifts I received at Christmas was a brand new Moleskin journal A4 size and I couldn't wait to make my mark in it.

I had some time over the New Year to get back into journaling after some time away from the inks and thought I'd create something bright to counteract the negativity which was surrounding me before Christmas and the awful grey damp weather we're having right now.

The piece appears on the MSB blog at the moment and uses the beautiful Abundant Blossoms flower stamps stamped as a background then right over the top of the chipboard letters to link them together.

I also used some of Rangers Distress Rock Candy crackle too.

The background is definitely an antidote to the weather we've been having and I love the depth you've created on the chipboard pieces.
